After tragically losing his older brother and mother to cancer within an 18-month period, Chef Shedric turned his attention to cancer nutrition research. After 8 years of studies and certification as a nutrition and wellness coach, he has devoted his life to helping others prevent and overcome chronic disease. He earned his Bachelor of Science from California Polytechnic University and a Culinary Degree from New York’s Culinary Institute of America – “The Harvard” of culinary schools.
